WHen?
Whenever! I typically have a pen & paper on me at all times. I enjoy the feeling of the pen in my hand as I make notes across paper and watch as the ink path traces the minute actions across the paper. Seriously - pulling weeds, riding my bike, or even sitting at a traffic light all present moments that words beg to be jotten down. Getting into your audience's head is the key to engagement.
WHere?
The beauty of writing is that it materializes just about anywhere - even buried underneath the comforter with a raging migraine. The technology of talk -to-text even allows me to "write" with my eyes shut!
WHy?
Leading a reader or viewer down a path of new territory, or concocting a relatable spin to glean a different perspective is a welcoming challenge, no matter what the subject matter. Approaching a topic (like cam-lok connectors) might not be something I have come across, but I enjoy the research process, and learning something new.
