Like any role on a production project, there are many facets to the role. The role of producer on set "gets stuff done".

Getting things done often involves coaching talent through their on-camera dialogue.  Ideally you want your talent to speak confidently without disfluencies, and have a clean “read” that is energetically balanced, supports the subject matter, and displays a clear train of thought.

Connecting to a talent’s experience, and relating to a visual image, or thought, steers the energy of the dialogue, and generally enhances the on-camera experience. When you give talent a frame of reference from which to speak, the conversational and confident tone of dialogue sounds natural and relatable.
